Join us for the 2024 SAFP Midyear Conference!
General Information
The 2024 SAFP Midyear Conference will be held 6-8 May 2024 at the fabulous Planet Hollywood Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. Similar to the 2023 meeting, we’ll be offering at least 15 hours of ACPE accredited continuing education hours. More information will populate on this page as it becomes available.

Lodging

For guests that prefer to phone in their reservations, they may call the Reservation Center at 866-317-1829 to secure a reservation. Callers may also use the group code SMSAF4 when registering to receive the special group lodging rate.
Continuing Education (CE) Credit
SAFP is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing education. This conference will offer at least 15 CE credits across various topics. A full list of CE offerings and how to claim credit will be posted here closer to the conference.
Attire
General Considerations
- Speakers should be dressed in business professional attire
- Clothing should be conservative in color and appearance
- Clothing should be clean and free of holes
- Shirts/Blouses should not expose chest hair/cleavage
- No jeans or leggings
- Hair and accessories should comply with standards normal for business casual wear
Men
- Collared shirt (ex. Golf shirt or button-up dress shirt)
- Slacks or khakis
- Closed-toed shoes
Women
- Fitted blouse, sweater/cardigan or collared shirt
- Dress, skirt or slacks are acceptable
- Skirts should be no shorter than 2” above the knee
- Closed-toed shoes
Registration
Attendees (non-vendors such as individual SAFP members) should fill out the registration form below. Costs are as follows:
- 1-day attendance: $50
- 2-day attendance: $100
- Full Conference (Member): $149 (join SAFP here!)
- Full Conference (Non-Member): $199
