It’s SAFP Election time! The deadline for nominations is Friday, 6 December 24.

We are soliciting for nominations for Society of Air Force Pharmacy Board members. It is that time of year to seek nominations for the Society of Air Force Pharmacy (SAFP) leadership roles! 

Background:

The Society of Air Force Pharmacy is organized and shall be operated for educational, professional, and scientific purposes and to promote and develop pharmacy or medically related education and mentorship programs. We offer opportunities for live CE as well as certificate reimbursement programs to our members. ***Note:  There are no dues for new pharmacist accessions and for technicians first time ever SAFP membership. Please click the last link on the page to sign up for no charge.

• New Pharmacist Accession (No Dues for first year of active duty)
• Enlisted/Civilian Technician (No Dues for first time ever membership)
• Enlisted/Civilian Tech. – $15.00 Annually
• Officer/Civilian RPh – $25.00 Annually
• Officer/Enlisted/Civilian Lifetime Membership – $250

This year there are five positions that are up for election, and we need motivated members to continue to allow this organization to grow to support our AF Community!

Please include a submission/nomination statement as to the qualifications of the member(s) in narrative format. Please limit submissions to 250 words.

The positions up for election this year are:

• President-Elect (3-Year Term)
• Vice President (1-Year Term)
• Technician Secretary  (2-Year Term)
• Pharmacist Treasurer (2-Year Term)
• Retired Pharmacist/Pharmacy Technician Director at Large (2-Year Term)
