Lodging

Hotel rooms have been reserved for this event at a rate of ¥17,800 per room per night. The reservation covers 3 nights, with check-in on 14 February and check-out on 17 February. Payment for these rooms must be made directly to the hotel at check-in. If you would like to reserve one of these rooms, please select “YES” under the question, “Would you like to book a room from the reserved hotel block for this event?” on the Attendeee or Speaker registration form(s).

Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own accommodations. You can book directly through the official Haneda Airport Grand Hotel website (https://www.hvf.jp/eng/hanedaairport-grand/) , use third-party booking websites, or choose a different hotel if you prefer. Please note that the reserved rooms are limited, so we encourage you to confirm your choice as soon as possible.

Uniform of the Day

Air Force Blues, Class B service uniform (e.g., Service Dress without the coat) or the equivalent for other branches (e.g., Army Class B, Navy Service Uniform). Civilian attendees are encouraged to wear Business Casual attire.
